1. Nordlys Crusaders is an Everquest guild on the Antonius Bayle server. We are a part-time high-end raiding guild, challenging ourselves to progress and succeed to the limit of our abilities, but we are also proud of our family-oriented nature, with emphasis on grouping together, progressing together and helping each other to achieve our own goals, all the while remembering to have fun doing it!

In short, NC is a raiding family that kicks butt and has fun doing it!

2. NC has 3 set raid nights per week, on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday nights. Raid times are from around 7:30pm to midnight UK time. Attendance to the set raid nights if online is mandatory. Any other raid-type events organised outside of those times are optional attendance.

3. NC is there to provide a framework, support structure and relaxed atmosphere within which its members can explore and progress in individual, group and raid content.

4. NC treats its members as responsible, mature adults. As such restrictions to what its members can and cannot do in their own free time will be imposed only where absolutely necessary.

5. NC promotes the philosophy of respect for all and tolerance and respect of differences in the way its members play Everquest.

6. NC informs and consults its members in all important matters pertaining to guild management, policy and direction. This is achieved through the use of public discussions and guild-wide polls and votes (with the exclusion of personal/disciplinary issues).

7. NC Guild Leader will provide a regular bulletin to the members keeping them informed of all relevant guild matters.

8. NC recognises the value of the experience and knowledge of its members and will encourage people to participate in Guild activities such as Raid Leadership and Raid and Target Strategy to help and support the Officers.

9. NC recognises that its primary focus is on raiding and progression through raid content. As such, all members are encouraged to support the primary focus by attending raids as much as possible, and are required to join raids if they are online. Through this support, the guild is able to realise its progression objectives.

10. NC recognises the importance members place on achieving personal goals such as Epic Quests and will use guild resources and time to support these activities.

11. The management team (leader and officers) of NC will be determined by its members.

12. Members of NC are expected to act as responsible, mature adults at all times, and will conduct themselves in a respectful manner, abide by guild rules, and will not bring the Guilds name or reputation into disrepute.
